In reference to DepEd Order No. 43, s. 2010, also known as the Creation of Quality Management Teams (QTMs), and DepEd Order 44 s.2010 known as Adoption of KRT 3: Quality Assurance and Accountability Framework in the Institutionalization of the Quality Management System in DepEd, the move to institutionalize the School Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA) in Dasmariñas City began this First Quarter of Fiscal Year 2021.

The Edilberto S. Legaspi Integrated High School (ESLIHS) conducted its 1st SMEA Conference with its objectives to identify the activities and to acquire the needed technical assistance based on the presented results of the PPAs.
